The HubSpot Professional Certification is awarded to HubSpot customers who fully implement HubSpot software and the HubSpot Inbound Marketing Methodology by completing our Quick Start Consulting Program.

HubSpot Certified Professionals demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the HubSpot software and methodology, and have launched inbound marketing programs designed to generate traffic and leads. Specifically, HubSpot Certified Professionals are qualified in the following areas:

Can my company become a HubSpot Certified Professional?
No, only individuals within a company can become certified.

Is there a limit on the number of individuals within my company that can become certified?
No, there is no limit. However, to become a HubSpot Certified Professional you must complete all of the quick start guides and be in attendance for all 4 hours of consulting with your HubSpot Inbound Marketing Consultant.

How long is the certification good for?
You will be certified for one calendar year from the date of completion.

Can I renew my certification?
At the end of one calendar year you may renew your certification by successfully completing an online examination. The exam will test your continued knowledge of the basic inbound marketing techniques and HubSpot software.

What if my company has a complete lapse in judgment and decides to cancel their HubSpot account?
Your certification will remain valid for the one calendar year; however, you will only be able to renew your certification if you are an active HubSpot customer.

I was a HubSpot customer prior to May 4, 2009. Can I become a HubSpot Certified Professional?
You can still become certified by successfully completing the Quick Start Program. If you have already received your 4 hours of consulting you can petition your certification by emailing success@hubspot.com.

An Inbound Marketing Consultant will review your HubSpot account to ensure you have completed all setup and implementation steps as outlined in the Quick Start Guides.
